Conveyor Belt

A conveyor belt is the carrying medium of a belt conveyor system (often shortened to belt conveyor). A belt conveyor system is one of many types of conveyor systems. A belt conveyor system consists of two or more pulleys (sometimes referred to as drums), with an endless loop of carrying medium—the conveyor belt—that rotates about them. One or both of the pulleys are powered, moving the belt and the material on the belt forward. The powered pulley is called the drive pulley while the unpowered pulley is called the idler pulley. There are two main industrial classes of belt conveyors; Those in general material handling such as those moving boxes along inside a factory and bulk material handling such as those used to transport large volumes of resources and agricultural materials, such as grain, salt, coal, ore, sand, overburden and more.

N 17 :

Specially Compounded rubber cover grade recommended for handling moderately abrasive matarial. Conforms to the maximum abrasion loss value specified for Grade N in DIN 22102 Belt made with this cover grade conform to IS 1891 Pt

Specially Compounded rubber cover recommended for Superior resistance to cutting & gouging. Conforms to maximum abrasion loss value specified for grade Min DIN 22102 Belts made with this cover grade conform to IS 1891 Pt.

Specially Compounded rubber cover grade to provide adequate heat resistace for handling material temperatures over 65°c & upto 150°c for coarse & 125°c for fine materials The belts made with this cover grade conform to IS 1891 Pt Il for HR Type T-2 Grade.

Soniya Enterprises can also be used as a steel-cord belt for conveyance over great distances. The belt splices for Soniya Enterprises can be made with Soniya Enterprises splicing materials or with commercial quality materials that are sufficiently resistant to high temperatures.
